The license

• A FormsPilot Pro license is for one person. Monthly and yearly plans unlock Pro for 30 or 365 days from purchase, and don’t renew by themselves; renewing adds time. Lifetime unlocks Pro for as long as we offer FormsPilot. Every plan includes updates to Pro while it’s active.
• It can be activated on up to 3 installations of FormsPilot in total, over the life of the license. Reinstalling FormsPilot or using a new Chrome profile counts as a new installation. We may grant more on request.
• You may not resell, share or publish your license.

Your responsibility

FormsPilot helps you fill in and upload to forms. You are responsible for checking everything before you submit, and for meeting each portal’s rules. Built-in portal rules may be out of date. Always check the official notice.

No warranty

FormsPilot is provided as it is. We don’t guarantee that any portal will accept a form or upload. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Law
