Refund and cancellation policy

• Within 7 days, if you haven’t activated Pro: full refund. Email support@formspilot.in from the email you bought with.
• Once activated: no refund. FormsPilot works offline, so an activated license can’t be switched off afterwards.
• Charged twice, or charged without getting a license: full refund of the extra or failed payment, whenever you tell us.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PhonePe, usually within 5–7 working days.

There is nothing to cancel: monthly and yearly plans don’t renew or charge by themselves, and Lifetime is a single payment.
