Save your details once
Name, parents’ names, date of birth, category, address, bank details, education and more, plus your photo, signature and marksheets. Everything is stored in your browser, and you can lock it with a passphrase.

Click Fill on any form
When a page has a form, FormsPilot asks “Fill this form?”. One click fills every field it recognises: dates in the format the form wants, dropdowns, split name and date boxes, and labels in Hindi.

Filled fields turn green and ones to check turn amber, with a summary of anything that needs you. Undo puts everything back. FormsPilot never presses submit.

- Automatic uploads. Your stored documents are attached to the form’s upload fields, resized, compressed and converted to the size, dimensions and format the page asks for.
- Face crop. Mark your face once, and every portal gets a photo cropped around it instead of from the middle.
- Name and date on the photo. Printed on a white strip where the portal requires it (UPSC), and never where it’s forbidden (NTA).
- Clean signatures. Shadows and grey paper turn white, ink turns black, cropped close. The same goes for thumb impressions and handwritten declarations.
- UPSC triple signature. Sign three times, and FormsPilot stacks and cleans them into the one image UPSC asks for.
- Preview with a ✓ for every rule. After a fill, see each upload’s size, dimensions and format, and whether it meets the page’s rules.

On every other site, FormsPilot reads the rules printed next to the upload field, like “JPG, 20–50 KB, 3.5 × 4.5 cm”. The built-in rules are only used when a page doesn’t print its own. Portals change their rules every year, so always check the official notice.

Questions, answered.
Is FormsPilot really free?
Yes. Filling forms, suggestions, profiles, learning new questions, the passphrase lock and backup are free, forever. Pro adds automatic document uploads and the exam-portal photo and signature tools. Every free install gets one automatic upload with all of Pro, so you can try it.
How much does Pro cost?
Monthly is ₹199 for 30 days, Yearly is ₹249 for 365 days, and Lifetime is ₹299 once. There’s no account, and nothing is charged automatically.
What happens when my monthly or yearly plan ends?
Pro switches off until you renew; nothing renews or charges by itself. Your details, documents and settings all stay. Renew early and the new time is added on top of what’s left. You can also switch to Lifetime any time with the same email.
Does my data leave my computer?
No. Your profiles and documents are stored in your browser, and the extension makes no network requests. When you buy Pro, this website takes your email for the receipt and license. Your form details never go anywhere.
Which websites does it work on?
Any form in Chrome: government and scholarship portals, exam applications, job sites, Google Forms and shop checkouts. Logins, OTPs, CAPTCHAs and the submit button are always left to you. Some upload widgets, like Google Drive’s file picker, can’t be filled automatically. FormsPilot marks those and offers the file to download so you can upload it yourself.
Will the portal accept my photo?
FormsPilot fits your photo to the size, dimensions and format the page states, and shows a ✓ for each rule after filling. It can’t judge things only a person can, like a plain background, how recent the photo is, or how much of the frame your face fills. Check those against the official notice.
Which exams’ rules are built in?
UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NTA (JEE, NEET, CUET) and RRB. SSC and RRB now take a live webcam photo, so only their signature rules apply. On any other site, FormsPilot reads the rules printed next to the upload field. Rules change every year, so always check the latest official notice.
When is my name and date printed on the photo?
Only where the portal requires it (UPSC). Never where it’s forbidden (NTA), and not on other sites. You set the date the photo was taken in FormsPilot’s Documents tab.
How many computers can I use Pro on?
Up to 3 installations of FormsPilot, for the life of the license. Activating again in a browser that already has it is free. Reinstalling FormsPilot, or using a new computer or Chrome profile, counts as a new one. If you run out, email us and we’ll help.
I reinstalled FormsPilot or got a new laptop. How do I get Pro back?
Open Restore purchase in the browser where FormsPilot is installed, enter the email you bought with, and type the 6-digit code we send you.
How do I pay?
Through PhonePe’s secure payment page: UPI (any UPI app), debit and credit cards, and netbanking. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if you haven’t activated Pro. Once activated it can’t be refunded, because FormsPilot works offline and an activated license can’t be switched off. See the refund policy.
Is it safe to store Aadhaar and bank details?
They stay in your browser. Turn on the passphrase lock to encrypt them (AES-256). It locks by itself after a set time, so someone else using your computer can’t read them. FormsPilot never saves passwords, OTPs or card numbers.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome 120 or newer, on Windows, Mac, Linux and ChromeOS.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. It understands Hindi labels, both in Devanagari (जन्म तिथि) and in English letters (“pita ka naam”).
